CET is proud to work with PBS affiliates WVIZ/ideastream in Cleveland and WOSU in Columbus to help advance education and career readiness statewide. The three stations are partnering to assess workforce challenges and opportunities, and to produce content focused on the essential skills needed for students and workers to succeed in the job markets of today and tomorrow.

The first major collaborative effort between the three public media stations was  “Talking Jobs with Ohio’s Next Governor”  a live forum and broadcast that brought together the two major candidates for governor with students and young workers from across the state. The live forum with Richard Cordray and Mike DeWine took place on October 4, 2018 at the Idea Center® at Playhouse Square in Cleveland in front of a live studio audience of young Ohioans. The livestreamed forum was turned into a broadcast that aired on PBS stations statewide.
